We would like to talk to you about the opportunity to join our Commercial Partnerships team as International Online Retail Partnerships Senior Project Manager.

Cartier is currently at the heart of an extraordinary digital acceleration, with ecommerce developments now more than ever before at the center of the Maison’s strategy.

To sustain Cartier’s Digital Business Development, it is key to identify high-value opportunities and continuously improve the websites and digital shopping experience across the entire network.

You will play a central role in decision making to design new features and lead continuous improvement on online and ecommerce customer experience to meet the client needs and expectations within all digital partnership environments from department stores and mall, watch POS or any external digital touchpoint.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

eVALUE

  • Be a leader within the eValue programme to deliver the ambition of elevating the client experience of the Maison at every external digital touchpoint
  • Create high-value opportunities in our digital partnerships to generate sales online and to drive clients into Cartier Boutiques and POS
  • Maintain Cartier’s legal safety across all online partnerships working closely with Cartier legal team

Cartier Digital Gateway

  • Continue the development of the Cartier Digital Gateway to respond to the needs of all external digital partners direct and indirect
  • Manage the relationship with the external agency in the delivery of new functionality in the gateway on time and within the budget
  • Work with the Digital Operations team to manage the data flows that feed the Gateway
  • Be responsible for the testing, delivery and implementation of the gateway at the appropriate level based on the partner

Ecommerce Partnerships

  • Be responsible for the assessment and validation of new transactional online partnerships for Watch Specialist and Retail projects
  • Support eyewear and Perfume as they develop ecommerce partnerships
  • Evaluate new online models to identify opportunities while adhering to the group and legal frameworks
  • Work with markets to assess their online partnerships, help them identify levers to activate
  • Close doors as necessary

Affiliates

  • Develop the affiliates programme across new markets and with new partners
  • Expand the uses of the affiliate programme to meet the ambitions of eValue by raising the representation of the brand on partners websites while also driving sales

Evangelisation

  • Act as key contact for market teams in their digital development strategies with partners
  • Evangelise and upskill markets by participating in team presentations and seminars
  • Evangelise the markets to facilitate the adoption of the Gateway with external partners.
  • Participate in market visits to address topics directly with teams
  • Evangelise Online Retail Partnership topics with key stakeholders within team in the ICD and Cartier more broadly

Cross Functional Activities

  • Participate in cross functional projects representing the ORP or broader Commercial Partnerships team such as the Aurelia project

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • You have a Master’s degree with at least 7 years’ experience working on technical projects
  • You possess the capacity to work transversally in a complex and moving eco-system
  • You are customer focus, UX driven and possess digital competences
  • You are pro-active, methodical and give attention to detail
  • You possess the aability to work both independently and as a part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • You have a good knowledge of the luxury environment
  • You speak english and ideally french
