The mission of the Organisation and Transformation department is to align Strategy with resources and capabilities, rethink organizations accordingly and to support and make happen the transformation process. In that mission, we both look at “top” and “bottom” levels: we combine strategic thinking, and transformation actions execution and continuous improvement.
In this role, you will help our internal clients (Business partners: Business Units, end-to-end functions, Manufactures, other entities) to answer their strategic and organization stakes and to solve and animate their transformation issues. You will be there to support our business partners and make lasting improvements to their performance and realize their most important goals.


HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?


For our business partners, you will be invited to:

  • Structure ambiguous problems and take actions to solve them
  • Synthetize takeaways from complex and fragmented information to clear actions for recommendations implementation
  • Prepare, lead, synthetize and present interview-based organization diagnosis
  • Use both quantitative and qualitative methods, including in-house “organization dynamics” methods for diagnosis and organisation design
  • Prepare and animate workshops on organization design
  • Work effectively with very diverse teams (top and bottom, all functions) to come up to the best solution and move organizations to act

For the department, you will bring your expertise and knowledge
  • To fine-tune and develop the in-House approaches, methods, tools
  • To spread the knowledge to our team community members abroad
  • To train and coach them

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • You have a Master degree with 5+ years of experience in an international environment
  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a consulting firm in Strategy
  • You are able to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment with people
  • You are able to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis
  • You are comfortable with ambiguous, ever-changing situations
  • You are able to communicate effectively, written and verbal
  • You are pedagogical, empathetic and pay attention to others
  • You are fluent English and French
  • You will be asked to travel to our partner site
