We would like to talk to you about the opportunity to join our International Portfolio and Program Office for Technology Team as International Project Manager for Technology.

In this role, you will be responsible to manage IT projects for Cartier and support the IT transformation plan.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
  • Define, share and maintain project management standards & communities of practices for Technology and IT projects
  • Be the key referee for IT project management for the Maison.
  • Manage or participate to IT projects, upon request of central and regional teams, in the field of IT & Digital
  • Support the transformation plan and drive the change management aspects with all stakeholders.
  • Implement and manage changes to ensure project goals are achieved.
  • Support the projects deliveries
  • Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures
  • Implement document control policies and documentation templates
  • Produce accurate and timely reporting of project status throughout its life cycle
  • Analyze & communicate on program risks. Develop and monitor communication plan
  • Provide assistance to projects managers in the context of IT projects
  • Animate the IT project managers community within the Maison
  • Prepare the governance committees with all stakeholders, communicate decisions

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
  • You have 3-5 years of operational experience in project management in an international environment
  • You have a Master’s degree in Engineering or a Master’s degree in Business School
  • Certification in project management is a plus (PMI or others)
  • You are able to work in complex matrixial organization, in collaboration with HQ & regions
  • You possess good knowledge of IT & Digital landscape solutions, including SAP / S4 Hana
  • You are fluent in English and French
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • You are able to work in a complex matrix environment
  • You possess leadership, organizational and management capabilities
  • You have analytical and problem-solving skills
