We are offering a new position at our NORQAIN HQ in Nidau (Biel/Bienne) as of April 1st or per agreement

Tasks

Your mission:

• Responsibility for achieving the region’s turnover
• Acquisition of new customers in the relevant channels in your region
• Organizing your own customer meetings
• Conclusion and implementation of growth plans with our existing customers
• Active participation in internal meetings
• Active participation in trade fairs and customer events
• Close cooperation with the marketing/retail/sales backoffice department
• Complete administrative management, analysis of customer data and maintenance of personal dashboards
  
  

Requirements

Your skills:

• At least three years of professional experience in a similar position in the luxury sector, ideally in watchmaking or jewellery
• Proven experience in acquiring new customers
• Talent for sales and customer relations, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Open and dynamic personality, showing initiative and flexibility
• Very good knowledge of usual MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Excellent knowledge of English, Spanish and German or French
• Willingness to travel
• Identification with the NORQAINER spirit (adventure, outdoor sports, young & dynamic)
