Intern Analyst (Pipeline)

Are you looking for a new challenge within an international environment? If so, we can offer you a position in Wealth Management Operations Securities NOR (Non Order Room).

The main responsibilities of this role include:

• timely processing of securities asset transfers on behalf of B4B, institutional and private clients
• instruction entry for inbound, outbound and internal securities transfer
• ongoing observation of released transaction
• monitoring of the successful settlement on value date and corresponding book entry
• closely collaboration with client servicing units
• investigation on unsettled transfers with custodians, transfer agents and counterparties

We offer a position within an open minded, multi cultural and multi language section. Your team is organizationally part of WM Operations Switzerland Securities Settlement Non Order Room and consolidates the end to end process of asset transfers for booking center CH. We offer the opportunity to work in a flexible and dynamic team with many years of experience. In addition, we are operating internationally within a F2B integrated business model. This position offers you interesting insights into the entire value chain within the securities lifecycle, market and infrastructure. This opportunity is a start for further development and may your chance for a professional career within UBS.

You need have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor’s degree or have obtained your master’s degree within the last 6 months.

In particular, you have:

• good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
• a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality (you’re a people person)
• a structured work style, confident working autonomously
• the ability to stay on track, even when dealing with tight deadlines
• a solution oriented way of thinking
• very good knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
