Within this internship you will be part of Bühler’s Customer Service central team, shaping together the future of our Service business. Under the Apollo Business Transformation program, you are responsible to own & drive work packages and to align the content with the key stakeholders. Do you have experience in leading projects and taskforces? Are you comfortable with concepts and complex matrix set-up and have the interest to drive actions and programs forward?

Tasks
  • A key pillar is the development of the Contractual Solutions Framework – a complex construct of process elements and deliverables that will allow Customer Service globally to identify, develop and execute Contractual Solutions, e.g. TotalCare Agreements
  • Development of Framework deliverables e.g. guidelines, playbooks, directives, etc.
  • Liaise with key stakeholder and manage timelines & deliverables
  • Own and drive the assigned work packages in line with the agreed timelines and deliverables

Required Qualifications
  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration or economics from a University or University of Applied Science (Fachhochschule)
  • With your entrepreneurial mindset you find opportunities everywhere
  • You are curious for new business models and digital technologies
  • You show enthusiasm, commitment, creativity and a positive attitude
  • You are proficient in German and English
