Internship Early Talent Programs & Employer Branding 80-100%

Our Early Talent and Employer Branding team at ABB Switzerland is looking for a committed and team-oriented intern, who is ready to work in an exciting and challenging environment. You will support different initiatives of Employer Branding and the Early Talent Programs in Switzerland and globally, organize several trainings, workshops and support career fairs. Your responsibilities

  • You will support the continuous improvement of existing programs, which includes the selection of early talents, global mobility processes, mentoring and learning & development activities
  • You will have the opportunity to give presentations in German and English at internal and external events, which will include planning and implementing of workshops, covering everything from on-site or virtual organization to the choice of presentations/guest speakers etc.
  • You will be responsible for the program communication channels and maintain our internal and external content live and updated to help us reach early talents
  • You will collaborate in a team with various internal and external stakeholders as well as other HR teams such as HR Business Partners, Global Mobility and Talent Partners
  • You will innovate and produce the content of our two career channels, on Facebook and Instagram, supporting also in the creation of paid campaigns

Your background

  • A well-defined interest in HR work is essential, as is proficiency in the use of standard IT tools
  • A self-starter by nature, you will be highly conscientious in your approach, as well as displaying team spirit, a quick intellect and finely honed planning and organizational skills
  • Flexibility is considered equally important, together with the ability to prioritize and the capacity to allocate your working hours as efficiently as possible
  • A genuine interest for communication and knowledge of main Social Media Channels (FB, Insta, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) as a private user and preferably from digital marketing perspective) and an appetite for data collection and analysis, Photoshop is an asset
  • Candidates will currently be in the midst of completing their degree studies in Business Administration or Human Resources – or may have already graduated
  • Strong and mature command of German and English, both written and spoken
