Our Internship Program is open to students who want to gain practical experience in one of the various career fields at the heart of the financial services industry. Over the course of this in-depth, comprehensive program you make valuable contributions to the bank’s work, develop skills, expand your knowledge and grow in confidence. You participate in exclusive events, shadowing days, real-world business challenges and demanding tasks to extend your experience and create valuable networks in the bank and the wider sector. By the end of the program you gain a rich, varied insight into our work at Credit Suisse and the industry in general.


Start date: June / July 2022
Duration: 4-6 months
Academic requirements: Completed at least four semesters of a bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in a master’s degree from a university or university of applied sciences


Your field of responsibility



You will play an active role in a dynamic and international team that develops solutions in the risk area supporting the Latin American front organization. You will be engaged in identifying, analyzing and mitigating risk patterns in our front organization. Among other activities, you will be supporting the provision of monthly risk reports, the assessments and reviews on identified shortcomings as well as the performance of various controls for the business. The role is an excellent platform for personal and professional development with a unique insight in the Private Banking industry within a thriving region.

Your qualifications and skills

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, in particular MS Excel
  • Are you proficient in English, preferably also in Spanish? German would be an additional asset
  • Completed at least four semesters of a bachelor’s degree or are currently enrolled on a master’s program
