One focus area of innovation is sustainable protein supply leveraging various downstream processing technologies for new food applications. We are looking for a food process technology intern with experience in laboratory work for research and development of new innovative wet processing solutions in the food sector.

Tasks
  • Plan, run and evaluate lab trials
  • Report and communicate findings
  • Literature search to support project

Required Qualifications
  • BSc or MSc in biochemistry / chemical engineering / food process engineering / biotechnology / bioengineering or related field
  • Experience in laboratory work
  • Good communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications
  • German is a plus
