Who we are We are looking for a collaborative, inspiring and motivated individual to join the Roche ERP team for Financial Consolidation. We are a team of Finance IT experts based in Basel/Kaiseraugst and together with our business partners responsible to collect financial data from all Roche affiliates, automate e.g. intercompany reconciliation and process and provide data e.g. for the annual finance report. We are passionate about delivering excellent services to our (internal) customers world-wide and improve our processes.

As an intern, you have the opportunity to support the operations and the development of the Financial Consolidation system, to participate in project enhancements, to contribute to internal process improvements and learn a lot about working in a corporate environment.



Your key responsibilities

  • Supporting helpdesk activities, responding to queries, writing, editing, and revising manuals or SOPs

  • Supporting user management activities

  • Helping the team achieving its continuous improvement goal

  • Contributing to the development and customization of the Financial Consolidation system (SAP Financial Consolidation)



Who you are
  • You are studying at university, preferably in the area of Computer Science or Business & Economics

  • You are organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated and proactive

  • You are a strong team player with ability to work in a virtual team environment

  • You demonstrate strong customer centricity, problem-solving skills

  • You have excellent spoken and written English

  • You have a general understanding and interest in enterprise solutions and finance

  • You have advanced knowledge in productivity and collaboration tools
