Every year we reliably supply millions of doses of our products across a range of therapeutic classes, including anaesthesia and analgesia, while expanding to address further healthcare needs.For our site in Mendrisio (Switzerland), we are looking for an Internship in Human Resources (full-time) to be included in our HR Team.Essential Tasks And ResponsibilitiesThe resource, placed in a very stimulating environment, will support the team mainly in the following activities:
  • Employer branding initiatives
  • Personnel recruitment and selection
  • Performance appraisal systems
  • Personnel administration
  • Learning and development
Required Skills And Core Competencies
  • Graduating student or recent graduate in Humanities / Economics / Communication
  • Excellent knowledge of the Office package
  • Excellent knowledge of English and preferably French
  • High interpersonal skills and a sense of responsibility
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Dynamic and flexible personality
  • Proactive person who is also able to work autonomously
