TILT (TotalEnergies Innovation Lab for Trading) is looking to hire an intern to support TotalEnergies’ ambitions and growth.

What you will do:
As a member of the Innovation Lab team, you will be working on a variety of tasks under the guidance of the Lab Manager and in collaboration with a range of internal and external stakeholders. The principal tasks comprise:
  • Web Page Content Development and Maintenance:
    • Research, collate and summarize state-of-art innovation approaches, concepts, methodologies and tools
    • Develop status updates of ongoing innovation projects through interactions with the project teams
    • Ensure up-to-date event schedules
    • Interact with web designers to improve the web page functionality
  • Network, Event Planning and Execution
    • Assist in program development of short-courses and speakers (internal & external)
    • Scout for and interact with new speakers for future collaboration and events, developing the local and regional innovation network.
    • Engage with speakers and coaches for subject and content preparation.
  • Innovation Project Support
    • Assist in conducting project diagnostics and definition
    • Workshop assistance and support
    • Research technology solutions
  • Innovation Lab logistics
    • Assist with maintenance and organization of the lab and equipment
    • Assist in ensuring smooth and high-quality execution of daily activities

Context and environment

The Trading Branches of TotalEnergies (TGP and T&S) have recently launched a dedicated innovation lab for trading (TILT), a service with the goal to foster the innovation mindset and support the development of innovative projects in the trading sector. The focus of our efforts is on digital transformation, process improvement, and transverse collaboration.

You will work within the TILT Innovation Lab, which collaborates with the full range of departments across the TGP and T&S branches on a variety of projects. The main tasks of the innovation lab comprises supporting the definition and advancement of innovation projects and transmitting innovation knowledge through events like plenary talks, workshops and short courses (acculturation). During this internship, you will contribute to establishing this service within the organisation and developing our service offer.

Candidate profile

  • You enrolled in Master’s degree in a field related to Innovation, Project Management or Communication
  • You are proactive, inquisitive, methodical, and rigorous with have an affinity for digital tools.
  • You are able to work well in a team, but also autonomously and have strong communication skills.
  • English essential – C1 Level
  • A tri-partite internship agreement is mandatory
