In this role you will be responsible for piloting the Innovation Management Process, within Electrification Installation Products (ELIP) in Uster, identifying improvement areas and optimizing process elements. Reporting to the ELIP EUC Innovation Manager Oscar Sarmiento-Penuela you will bring an external view and support process mapping and assessment while exercising the innovation process with cross-functional organizations.

Your responsibilities

  • Support assessment of Innovation Life-Cycle
  • Review and assess IM process and process objects
  • Propose optimization of existing innovations Processes
  • Co-Moderate inter-disciplinary ideathons / hekathons
  • Report findings to executive team

Your background

  • Masters student in the field of Business Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • Sound knowledge of Technology and Innovation Management
  • Desired knowledge of Lean Management, Process Management or Project Management
  • Experience working with Stages, MindMap or equivalent software tools would be advantageous
  • Excellent English and German language skills
  • Availability from 60 to 100%
