PURPOSE OF THE INTERNSHIP

  • Master all data sources to enable business growth
  • Manage and maintain automated sales (internal and external) data reporting and dashboards to support the business
  • Contributing to country financial performance
  • Ensure field force excellence in execution
  • Become a local expert for our CRM tools, image recognition software and data sources
  • Transform data into insights that drive business value (data analytics, data visualization and data modelling techniques).

In this role you will report to the Growth Performance Lead & Financial Performance Lead for Switzerland.

Main Responsabilities

  • Growth performance. Driving the growth performance analysis
  • Accountable for maintenance of sales force and performance tools (e.g. MyCustomer CRM, Yoobic, Targeting, Sales & Market Dashboards)
  • Support on ad-hoc market, sales force, performance analysis
  • Contributes to revenue management opportunities via detailed customer analysis
  • Manages affiliate performance tracking - Market dynamics, company performance & ranking, core products performance
  • Contributes to Market Research Studies
  • Financial performance. Contributing to country financial performance
  • Supports the country FPL in managing the financial performance from actuals to plan
  • Key contributor on the integrated business planning process and enhancing rolling forecasts for his scope
  • Develops tools to monitor country financial performance (Sales, GtN, OPEX, P&L)

About You

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

Education

Master degree in Business studies, Business analytics or equivalent with a focus on data analysis and finance.

Required Knowledge And/or Experience

  • Willingness to work in Business analytics / Business controlling.
  • Analytical thinking and capability to manage complex / System data
  • Capability to learn / adapt quickly
  • Advanced level of Excel, PowerBI and pivot tables. Knowledge on statistical tools is a plus
  • Team spirit, persuasiveness and capability to interact with different function

Language Skills

Fluent in English. French would be a plus.

Our Offer

You are currently living and studying in Switzerland

Compulsory internship (University,Company and Student agreement to be signed)

Paid internship for 12 months with a startdate at the earliest convenience, ideally full time (40 hours a week)

Location: Home Office based and some travels to be planned to the office in Vernier (near Geneva)
