Gowago challenges the current process of car buying and strives to become the future way of getting a car. We are a team of 21 enthusiastic and talented people from different nationalities working together on the next generation of car ownership. As a user-first company, our office in Zürich, Switzerland, is always buzzing with discussions about what’s best for our customers, experiments we could run, how to measure their impact and implement value adding solutions to our products.

Tasks

We are looking for a passionate and talented intern to help us increase efficiency in our sales team and grow and further develop our operations. Gowago partners with dealers, manufacturers and other suppliers and acts as an online sales channel for them to increase their & our client base.

  • Work together with our Operations Manager & Operations Specialist
  • Help the sales team to complete administrative tasks
  • Create and keep customer dossiers up to date
  • Create and review contracts and documents tied to the Leasing and Abo product
  • Review car purchase agreements & Invoices
  • Activate services with our partners
  • Contribute to develop/evolve existing and new processes
  • Reach out to manufacturers, partners and other industry stakeholders through calling and emailing to maintain the relationship
Requirements

  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in German and/or French - Both is a strong plus
  • Highly motivated and efficient
  • Excellent communication skills and process-oriented
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Relationship management skills and open to feedback
