In this role, you are to define and manage the actions directly or indirectly influencing the inventory of the site Visp for all types: Finished, WIP and Raw materials. This position owns the respective management tools such as action tracker, reporting and detailed analysis on inventory deviations, gaps to target. You are responsible for the governance of the inventory management across all value streams.Key Responsibilities
  • Owner of action plan (1) directly impacting inventory (2) indirectly via process improvements working teams in place
  • Progress Tracker, weekly update
  • Reporting, Outlook, delta analysis
  • Finance, accounting rules, finance calendar
  • Governance, ensure inventory is reviewed and discussed at the right meetings, establish working teams and overlook activities
  • Initiate actions to close potential gaps vs target, identify opportunity
Key Requirements
  • University degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or similar areas
  • Profound Experience in inventory management preferably in Pharma/Biotech industry or Chemicals/FMCG
  • Good knowledge of SAP (MM etc) and MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Business Fluent German and English
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks to tight deadlines
