Key Responsibilities
- Management of the inventory strategy for the assigned region for all LPBN material types at all manufacturing plants, tolling partners and distribution sites in collaboration with LPBN stake holders.
- Monitor SKU level performance and analyze against LPBN metrics
- Collaborate with Planning team to provide monthly lead variations as necessary,
- Support the preparation of S&OP scenario, provide updates to Inventory health, deviation from plan, opportunity for improvements to NWC, lead times, optimization, and recommend profitable inventory decision.
- Acts as a key point of contact to 3PL warehouses. (incl. active organization managing the transfers to the 3 PL`s.
- Ensures the master data correctness of the material data of the 3PL basic material master data.
- Works closely with planning, for continuous monitoring of SMOG inventory and management of the disposition plan, elimination and prevention of SMOG.
- Periodic review and maintenance of concerning storage capacity.
- Responsible for annual inventories (including external warehouses).
- Bachelor or equivalent in Supply Chain Management
- Ability to influence both Supply Chain and functional leaders to support inventory management/ strategy recommendations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to define metrics (KPIs) and identify issues through root cause analysis
- Advanced level of MS Office skills, particularly Excel knowledge and PowerPoint
- Ability to utilise Business Intelligence systems such as SAP to extract data and generate reports
- Fluency in English and in German
