In Visp we are looking for Inventory Manager / Logistics Warehouse (f/m/d) 100%

Key Responsibilities
  • Management of the inventory strategy for the assigned region for all LPBN material types at all manufacturing plants, tolling partners and distribution sites in collaboration with LPBN stake holders.
  • Monitor SKU level performance and analyze against LPBN metrics
  • Collaborate with Planning team to provide monthly lead variations as necessary,
  • Support the preparation of S&OP scenario, provide updates to Inventory health, deviation from plan, opportunity for improvements to NWC, lead times, optimization, and recommend profitable inventory decision.
  • Acts as a key point of contact to 3PL warehouses. (incl. active organization managing the transfers to the 3 PL`s.
  • Ensures the master data correctness of the material data of the 3PL basic material master data.
  • Works closely with planning, for continuous monitoring of SMOG inventory and management of the disposition plan, elimination and prevention of SMOG.
  • Periodic review and maintenance of concerning storage capacity.
  • Responsible for annual inventories (including external warehouses).
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor or equivalent in Supply Chain Management
  • Ability to influence both Supply Chain and functional leaders to support inventory management/ strategy recommendations
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to define metrics (KPIs) and identify issues through root cause analysis
  • Advanced level of MS Office skills, particularly Excel knowledge and PowerPoint
  • Ability to utilise Business Intelligence systems such as SAP to extract data and generate reports
  • Fluency in English and in German
