Your field of responsibility


As an Investment Analytics Data Specialist for Institutional and UHNWI Clients you will support our high-end customers in Switzerland. In this role you are responsible for the following tasks:

  • Data quality management: continuous monitoring of data quality controls, correcting and preventing data defects of new instruments, static data, transactions and positions for multi asset class portfolios (money market, equity, fixed income, commodities, currencies, alternative investments).
  • Ad hoc and demand-based data analysis, mapping and valuation of derivatives (e.g. futures, swaps, options, etc.).
  • Identify root causes and improve the data by preventing the issues from arising again, such as by implementing new or enhancing existing processes to manage the data

This role requires an early start at 5am in the morning to ensure respective client reportings with the flexibility to work from home.

Your skills and experience


As a future colleague you bring with you:

  • A university degree; CFA or AZEK is an advantage
  • You present a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in the area(s) of investment analytics data quality management; ideally in a business analyst type function
  • An analytical mind with structured problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Excel; VBA and Access are advantages
  • Knowledge of MSBI tools including SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services), SQL, and database modelling; experience with Markit EDM and/or SimCorp Dimension is a strong advantage
  • A proactive and independent personality, showing initiative to develop expertly
  • A high sense of responsibility and client-orientation
  • The ability to communicate concisely and persuasively
  • Proficiency in either German or English is required, fluency in both is highly desirable; French and/or Italian skills are an advantage
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
