Investment Manager - Thematic Solutions

Your team

Your role

• Constructing portfolios for thematic solutions (including risk management and ESG considerations) and implementing the solution strategies (trading, proxy voting and engagement).
• Ensuring the investment universe database and Excel spreadsheets are kept up to date.
• Cultivating the pipeline of thematic solutions together with Sales.
• Contributing to client servicing (reporting, extra-financial reporting, developing marketing material and presentations, and meeting clients).
• Performing bottom-up fundamental analysis and stock selection within a global unconstrained thematic investment universe based on interaction with other Thematic teams and own risk analysis.

Your profile

• A Master’s degree; CFA or a qualification deemed equivalent would be a plus.
• At least four years’ experience in finance (bottom-up fundamental analysis, portfolio management/construction, private equity, venture capital, corporate finance/investment banking, risk management, fintech).
• A keen interest in thematic investing.
• Focused on the success of the team and the strategy.
• A team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Fluent in English; command of another language would be a plus.
• Experienced user of Microsoft Excel and Tableau. Coding skills would be a definite plus.
• Must be resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
