In your role as an Investment Marketing Specialist you will coordinate and continuously develop an expanding range of product marketing materials and publications. You will support Sustainable Asset Management product marketing activities globally and work closely with investment specialists, research analysts, portfolio managers, institutional and private banking sales, corporate communications as well as legal & compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop product marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, flyers and videos
  • Monitor the demand for new initiatives and manage priorities both strategically and opportunistically according to business needs
  • Edit investment-related content, ensure professional and CD/CI consistent look & feel and coordinate international legal approvals
  • Coordinate marketing automation projects involving multiple stakeholders in a professional and efficient manner
  • Develop Asset Management-related content in order to allow the business and our clients to intuitively navigate the offering on our websites
  • Analyse marketing materials with respect to the competitive environment and generate new ideas to improve our marketing activities

Profiles

  • Proven experience in Investment Marketing in the Banking or Asset Management industry
  • Excellent written and communication skills in English, German or French
  • Solid understanding of Asset Management services and products and how they are promoted traditionally and digitally
  • Ability to manage projects from start to finish, taking a proactive approach while managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines
  • Excellent MS PowerPoint and Word skills
  • Demonstrate a creative mindset towards problem solving while paying the highest attention to quality
  • Can-do attitude with the ability to perform under pressure; have a hands-on and client-centric approach
