Working with Electrification, you will responsible for the overall system development and is accountable to partner with business to understand strategic objectives and determine how to best support them through the effective use of Planview portfolio management technologies. The Function Analyst will closely work with business application owners, business functional leaders, business users as well as the different IS departments to define the feasibility of a solution, its implementation, interaction with existing systems and improve cost-effectiveness of the project/product.

Your responsibilities

• Accountable to partner with ABB Business to identify current and future customer business requirements and operational functional requirements and ensure the implementation based on gathered needs.
• Responsible for continuous improvement of current Planview portfolio management tool at Electrification business
• Responsible to consult with ABB business users to evaluate the interface between the existing portfolio management system, other or new tools, new processes, develop specifications and control the implementation to enhance the system support of the product portfolio management process.
• Responsible for collaboration with product management key business representatives and several IS departments to shape the vision of the ABB digital transformation and drive change implementation
• Quickly analyze and communicate the business process and data challenges caused by system issues
• Train and support end users in effectively using the Planview portfolio management technologies

Your background

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in information management, computer systems, business process engineering or similar.
• Experience in working across multiple countries, cultures and languages
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Planview Portfolio management tools, with 2 or more years of experience as a Functional Analyst with full-scope implementation including Planview Enterprise One system administration and configuration.
• Experience in Power BI Report development for interactive and paginated reports
• Experience in SQL query development
• Experience in project management
• Experience in MS Windows server and MS-SQL server administration
• High degree of independence, self-motivation and accuracy of work results
• Teamwork, Adaptability, Analytical Thinking, Client Focus, Business Processes understanding
