IS Measurement and Reporting Manager

The IS Reporting Manager ensures measurement of global Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other metrics in alignment with the framework provided by service and performance excellence (SPEX) aiming to measure and report the efficiency and effectiveness of the consumer-facing services and associated processes and products. Reporting to the Global Consumer Experience Performance Manager.

Your responsibilities

  • Provides advice and guidance for effective use of measures and measurement within the organization.
  • Establishes measurement objectives and the scope of measurement for functions, teams and projects.
  • Review’s data collection and provides input and requirements to IS Reporting Team for the visualization and automation required to support measurement.
  • Proactively collaborates with all key Business and GBS IS stakeholders to ensure alignment of the various KPIs and other metrics and to ensure that the framework for performance management is aligned with both consumer and business interests.
  • Responsible of data visualization and corroboration of accuracy on reports necessary to support performance management.
  • Leads a team of reporting experts for the development and delivery of accurate and transparent IS dashboards.
  • The Measurement and Monitoring Lead is an experienced professional that will be key for the success of the Consumer eXperience team.
  • Will bring a unique combination of ITIL, UX, data and analytical skills, ensuring we are effectively measuring and reporting the global metrics and KPIs and contributing to the definition and improvement of the global strategy.

Your background

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline. Master’s Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in IT with focus in Service Level Management (SLM), 4 years of experience in roles connected to performance measurement and reporting, 3 years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing datasets, reports, and UX-focused dashboards on business analytics (BI) tools like Power BI, Tableau, SAP HANA, Qlik, etc.
  • Experience developing SQL (Server or MySQL) and DAX queries (3 years).
  • Solid knowledge of the custom ABB ServiceNow reporting structure, capabilities, and tables arrangement.
  • Experience and knowledge of R or Python programming languages and AI text and sentiment analysis is a plus.
  • ITIL 4 foundations certification, ITIL 4 Strategist, Direct, Plan and Improve certification preferred, ITIL Continual Service Improvement (CSI) and Lean certification preferred.
