Growth Mindset Leader - Builds a Team of Top Talent, Primes the talent pipeline with top candidates and ensures clarity of role, growth plan, coaching and mentoring for each PDM.
Sales Leader - Coaches PDMs to drive productive and effective co-sell motions between partners and Microsoft (with MS sellers, P2P and marketplace). Drives performance of portfolio.
Innovation Accelerator - Enable PDMs to drive cloud innovation with their partners. Is Strategic Advisor to partners and Microsoft (portfolio optimization) and drives strategic execution.
Partner Business Orchestrator - Drives for shared accountabilities across GPS and with Segment Leaders. Orchestrates Build and Co-Sell RoBs, mobilizing the ideas, resources and support required to exceed targets.
Recruit - Plan and Execute a holistic recruit strategy to achieve recruit goals for the area. Leads a team of PDM-Rs (depth and breadth), oversees ROB and aligns to relevant stakeholders in Microsoft.
- FY23 quota and partner performance target attainment met or exceeded
- Role clarity and align on expectations of the role. PDM skills assessment and development plan (business, sales and technical). Documented Succession plans for team members
- 100% managed partners have two-sided (Microsoft and Partner agreed), quality business plans in place, including PIN and partnership governance; portfolio management
- Recruit goals achieved by area /region/subregion
- Grow Partner Microsoft wallet share vs competition
- $ marketplace billed sales, # Transactable Apps in Marketplace, IP Co-sell targets attained, #PDMs meeting their targets
- $ MACC revenue with partners
- Team and Stakeholder ROB
- Business & Strategic Leadership, Problem Solving, Planning, organizing and coordination, Cross-Group
- Collaboration, Executive Maturity, Strong People Management capabilities
- Have strong industry, channel, and competitive knowledge including market trends and best practices, understanding of Microsoft’s business, product, and technical strategies, and proven cross-group project leadership and management skills.
- External, competitive, market-oriented Sales and Marketing expertise/proven experience
- Deep experience in Sales, having sold to Customers and developed long-term, sustainable relationships in the market working with and through Partners.
- Proven experience growing a business while exceeding business requirements (scorecards).
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales and/or sales/partner management and/or consulting services (including recent Microsoft experience)
- German and/or French together with English required
