On Behalf of our important customer, a multinational Company, we are recruiting the following profile:

IT ASSISTANT / MENDRISIO

Duties and responsibilities:

Support and maintain computer systems, desktops, and peripherals
Set up and configure desktop computers and accounts assigning security level
Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot associated end user workstation software and networking software products
Aid in development of business continuity and disaster recovery plans, maintain current knowledge of plan executables, and respond to crises in accordance with business continuity and disaster recovery plans and cyber security
Administer user accounts
Resolution of problems

Requirements:

University degree in the field of computer science
2/3 years equivalent work experience
Good technical knowledge of network and PC hardware and troubleshooting experience
Ability to operate tools, components, and peripheral accessories
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, other languages are a plus
