Within the Information Technology OneVision Department and reporting to the IT team leader or Manager, your mission as Business Analyst is to recommend and facilitate the design, testing, development, implementation, and maintenance of the software applications, to meet the company’s strategic objectives and business requirementsYou will be part of a young and dynamic multicultural team across multiples global development sites. You will have the great opportunity extending your area of expertise while interacting with other teams on businesses’ cross domain requirements.Some Of Your Key Responsibilities.
  • You will work closely with business stakeholders; collect and translate business requirements to specifications.
  • You will provide leadership in the definition and design of the solutions to ensure a full commitment to the delivery of the business requirement
  • You will monitor and report deliverables
  • You will proactively and continuously identify risks and opportunities
  • You will report project status to the IT team leader
  • You will prepare presentations and conduct meetings
  • You will contribute to development of training materials
  • You will take leadership and/or participate in testing of IT applications to ensure business requirements have been met and the software is error free
Who are you?
  • At least 5 years of experience as Business Analyst in IT software industry. (Uses cases, Business Rules definition, workshop management…)
  • Experience in Shipping or Logistic is a strong plus.
  • Knowledge Data Modelling (Entity Relationships) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Tests methodologies and tools.
  • MS Office Expertise.
  • Fluency in English, C1 minimum.
