Job Description


In order to expand our Synechron Switzerland team, we are looking for aChange Manager.The mission is for one of our clients, a prestigiousprivate bank in Geneva,in the process of transformation.

The essential goal of the function is to ensure that all change initiatives in the Program are understood, that users are prepared to adopt the new ways of working ensuring that business processes, working practices, systems and support structures across the program are adjusted in order to drive tangible and non-tangible business benefits.

Your mission:

The Change Manager must ensure that each initiative is effectively delivered into the relevant work stream by means of carefully developed and coordinated change management plans. Specifically, the Change Manager will ensure:

  • each work stream is sufficiently prepared for the impact of the new ways of working;
  • to support colleagues whilst the transition is taking place;
  • full adoption and utilization are maximized;
  • reinforcement plans are in place;

Your responsibilities:

  • Planning business change activities for the program;
  • Delivering and implementing Program Change approach plan and strategy;
  • Training Needs Analysis strategy and plan;
  • Changing impact assessment work;
  • Business Readiness activities;
  • Stakeholder Engagement and management approach;
  • Leading and promoting effective ways ofworking within the streams;
  • Leading the transition to Business As Usual;
  • Reporting, planning, managing to plan, managing risks/issues, appropriate escalation;
  • Ongoing support structure and continuous improvement plans identified.

Qualifications


Your profile and your skills
:

  • You possess at least 3 years of change management experience in private banking or IT related fields;
  • You are organized and flexible;
  • You speak English and French proficiently;
  • You have a Swiss Residency.
