About Our Client

Operational IT Administration

Job Description
  • Monitor daily operations, including server hardware, software, and operating systems
  • Execute data storage tasks at a regular basis and integrate stored data in case of database crash
  • Generate performance reports for operating systems and define action plans for risk mitigation
  • Administrate access to different softwares, provide autorisations and roles during onboarding / assignement modification phases
  • Check that data exchanges are working properly in production mode and help team in developing documents automation and electronic content management
▪ Upgrade And IT Project Business Analysis
  • Define business needs, Select and purchase new or replacement hardware and software, when necessary
  • Test, troubleshoot, and modify information systems or validation workflows to ensure effective operations
  • Manage IT transformation impacts and define IT architecture in coordination with IT teams
  • Coordinate technology installations, upgrades, and maintenance with IT tools providers
▪ Other Activities
  • Implement GDPR rules at every organization level, based on policies
  • Evaluate technology risks and develop a network disaster recovery plan and backup procedure
  • Oversee the annual IT budget and forecast and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Support internal teams with using the IT tools - hardware available and answer their requests
  • Provide information to deputy CEO for company’s general reporting and auditors’ request answering
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the CSED, deputy CEO or CEO
▪ Organization
  • Define IT procedures to guarantee security, data availability and accuracy
  • Verify that all IT activities are performed in respect of applicable laws, codes, and regulations
The Successful Applicant

▪ Education

Degree in computer science

Experience

Proven working experience as an IT Coordination or relevant experience (+ 2 years)
  • Technical experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
▪ Technical Skills
  • Knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
  • Expertise in data management and data governance, IT infrastructure
  • General knowledge of international mobility processes
  • Knowledge of excel and expertise in min 2 langages (including VBA)
  • English proficiency, French recommended
▪ Soft Skills
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • analytical and problem-solving skills
