We are looking to bring on board a motivated IT Helpdesk Contractor with a proven track record of working in a Mac dominant environment (using JAMF), and having experience in a similar role to IT Helpdesk or technical support. As a member of the IT team, you’ll be working to support the needs of the company staff and departments and help define the information security policies standards and toolset.

Job Description
  • 7+ years supporting corporate end users
  • Exceptional responsiveness, customer service and satisfaction oriented
  • Expert knowledge of Apple Mac & Windows ecosystems
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues with a wide array of hardware/software in a fast-paced corporate office environment
  • Providing in-house or remote support via remote tools and/or verbal instructions
  • Maintain all necessary hardware and software inventories/licenses for all corporate devices
  • Performing hardware repairs and process warranty RMA’s on systems as needed
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in the IT field
  • Excellent at setups & troubleshooting
  • Familiar with Active Directory, JAMF/Intune, ticketing systems such as Freshworks, Servicenow or Remedy
  • Capable of learning and understanding new technologies quickly and developing a proficiency that establishes confidence and provides results
  • Ability to prioritize with assign tasks and collaborate with other team members in assignment participation
  • Support and maintain user account information including provisioning of new accounts and new access through security and system groups
  • Assure incidents and requests are handled within our SLAs to empower users with timely and accurate solutions
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python, BASH or Powershell
  • Onboarding and Offboarding
