As we expand our product portfolio and global presence, our IT department is hiring a IT Helpdesk Contractorwith a proven track record of working in a Mac dominant environment (using JAMF), and having experience in a similar role to IT Helpdesk or technical support. As a member of the IT team, you’ll be working to support the needs of the company staff and departments and help define the information security policies standards and toolset.

In this role you will:

  • Embody the Nozomi Networks Cultural Pillars and our mission to protect what matters most with transparency and trust
  • Support corporate end users
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with a wide array of hardware/software in a fast-paced corporate office environment
  • Provide in-house or remote support via remote tools and/or verbal instructions
  • Maintain all necessary hardware and software inventories/licenses for all corporate devices
  • Perform hardware repairs and process warranty RMA’s on systems as needed

To be successful in this opportunity, you will have:

  • Experience in the IT field
  • Excellent at setups & troubleshooting
  • Familiar with Active Directory, JAMF/Intune, ticketing systems such as Freshworks, Servicenow or Remedy
  • Capable of learning and understanding new technologies quickly and developing a proficiency that establishes confidence and provides results
  • Ability to prioritize with assign tasks and collaborate with other team members in assignment participation
  • Support and maintain user account information including provisioning of new accounts and new access through security and system groups
  • Assure incidents and requests are handled within our SLAs to empower users with timely and accurate solutions
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python, BASH or Powershell
  • Onboarding and Offboarding
