Are you a “can-do” project manager with experience of implementing IT infrastructure?

Do you have experience of managing relationships with IT hardware and software providers?

Can you fit out a new building with cabling, PCs, Screens and associated hardware in under 6 months?

Then we have just the role for you.

Working in English, French and (ideally) German, you will be responsible for delivering a ne building for our client including end user computing, local applications, facilities management and communications equipment.

Working with the prime project manager on this implementation, you will manage all the activities from Network and Infrastructure Implementation Teams ensuring actions agreed from the weekly project meetings are achieved.

You will manage the implementation of Meeting Room technology with the chosen vendor and ensure their work is completed before the new building is occupied and that all outstanding equipment is ordered.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that Security and Cloud requirements are met and that all applications are configured according to project requirements and specifications.

Working with hardware providers (screens, peripherals), you will validate budgets and work with vendors to ensure project budgets are adhered to.

You will have previous experience of working on new infrastructure implementations and, potentially, in a start-up environment where flexibility and quick decision-making goes hand-in-hand with planning and multi-vendor coordination.

You will be expected to have worked on 3 or 4 similar projects and looking for a role to consolidate your project management experience.

Fluency in English is essential, French expected and German a strong bonus.
