Your Tasks:

  • Support, configure, maintain and upgrade corporate network infrastructure
  • Security hardening and network threat management incl. ensuring network security and connectivity
  • General IT operational support e.g. resolving problems reported by end user
  • Monitor network performance and test for weaknesses
  • Regular security review of network infrastructure and keep it up to date
  • Define network policies and procedures
  • Specify system requirements and design solutions
  • Prepare, implement, and monitor disaster procedures and recovery

Your Profile:

  • A degree in computer science or equivalent professional training with relevant work experience
  • Professional experience in a network administrator role
  • Hands on experience in networking, routing and switching
  • Excellent knowledge of best practices around network management, control, and network security.
  • Hands-on technical troubleshooting capabilities
  • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
  • Experience with CISCO and Palo Alto firewalls, VPN’s implementation, troubleshooting /problem resolution.
  • Excellent verbal and written language skills in English and German
