IT Portfolio Management Expert (m/f/d)

What to expect
  • You enable the overall delivery of the organizational strategy ensuring the appropriate IT commitment
  • You interact as an entry point for assigned business areas for demand understanding, measurement and routing towards the appropriate IT pipelines
  • You manage complex, multifaceted Project Portfolio across multiple stakeholder areas and in a fast paced, complex environment
  • You ensure the portfolio of work is delivered as it directly affects the ability of multiple business areas & functions to be able to provide services to the customers
  • You balance business needs into a comprehensive portfolio of projects and manage uncertainty of IT resource demand within the Transformation & Operations department
  • You manage risks, issues and interdependencies across multiple customers, teams, departments and organizations

The skills you’ll bring
  • University Degree in Economics, Business Administration, computer science or equivalent work experience
  • 3-4 years of experience working in project portfolio management, IT project management thereof 2 years in a consulting position would be a plus
  • PMI / Prince2 / SAFe / LEAN practitioner qualification or equivalent are beneficial
  • Ability to understand and manage stakeholders expectations , planning and forecasting skills
  • Result-oriented, creative in solving issues and unblock problems to maintain delivery momentum
  • Fluent in German and English (at least on a B2 level)
