IQVIA is hiring an End User Support M&A Deployment Project Manager to support the global CIO M&A integration team. This individual will be responsible for the tracking, monitoring and overall management of the End User Support deliverables such as access provisioning, laptop deployment, and support transition. The individual will collaborate and coordinate with extended stakeholders to track the deliverables to completion and provide updates to the leadership team on a regular cadence. The focus of this role is to provide a significantly better end user experience for our new M&A staff by focusing on end user integration efforts.

The role is critical to ensuring the monitoring, tracking and execution of global M&A’s by fulfilling the following roles and responsibilities:

  • Track and monitor integration status
  • Gathers hardware / application requirements
  • Gathers lab or additional requirements
  • Assists deployment lead with requisition and PO process
  • Works with application team for testing and readiness
  • Coordinates with print management team
  • Coordinates with CIO teams to monitor E2E integration
  • Measure integration satisfaction post deployment
  • Continuously improves integration process and framework
  • Works with M&A broader project management team to track integration schedule and EUS deliverables
  • Works directly with Acquisition IT and key end-users to facilitate initial provisioning, additional requirements, and monitor customer experience
  • Manages requisition and PO process for all CIO aspects
  • Coordinates with LOIT team to manage hardware / software deployments
  • Coordinate’s infrastructure setup and configurations with LOIT as needed
  • Coordinate’s collection / disposal of legacy workstations
  • Acquisition IT onboarding, training, and preparedness
