Your Role and Responsibilities
The IBM Client Innovation Centre (CIC) is an innovative and exciting part of IBM, working as IBM Consultings’ technical delivery partner. We continually innovate for our customers, employees and shareholders. Our Technical Skills range from Application Development (Java, Front End, Full Stack, DevOps), Testing Services, Technical Support through to Microsoft. In addition to our technical expertise, we can cover Delivery through Project Managers & Project Analysts, Business or Data Analysts.

In this role you will work as a Project Manager in a global delivery project in the banking sector.

Your impact:
  • Technical writing including the ability to understand a business problem, write out the requirements professionally and be able to translate that into an executable task
  • Act as the interface between business and IT and contribute to agile development teams
  • Define and propose solutions to the client stakeholders
  • Gather business requirement by managing the client workshops
  • Perform daily standup with the technical teams to manage the delivery and next releases
  • Determine solutions to software/hardware problems
  • Be a business consultant to clients
  • Be the main liaison between the client and executive/management team
  • Manage projects & resources to achieve multiple technical projects in parallel
  • Manage cost, quality and delay and create synergies between projects to optimize costs

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • A master’s degree in business or Computer Science or equivalent
  • 3 years of experience
  • Good knowledge of software architecture on modern web application
  • Strong business orientation with outstanding analytical problem-solving skills
  • Capacity to quickly understand business problem statement, and business operational processes.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in French and English (written & spoken)
  • Swiss nationality or valid Swiss work permit / EU passport
