As a franchise partner of the world’s largest car rental company Enterprise Holdings Inc. we manage the brands Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National and Alamo in Switzerland. In addition, we operate a large fleet at all three major Swiss airports, an app-based car rental product, Enterprise GO across Switzerland, a valet parking service called Speedparking and car subscriptions under Enterprise Minilease.

Your Mission

Your mission and responsibility is to transform Helvetic Motion into a highly automated, data-driven work environment with the support of our engineers & developers and a range of cloud applications and APIs.

Your Tasks

Your role is wide in scope, ranging from one-off projects which you’ll implement by yourself to supporting our internal engineering team and external implementation partners. Some of your tasks will be:

  • Lead automation projects to digitalize our check-in and check-out process, car damage inspection and other sub-processes
  • You gather business requirements, create tasks for the engineer focusing on developing Workato automation, such as automating data transfers from one application to another or implement an RPA to extend a legacy system.
  • Implement and configure further ZOHO applications depending on internal requirements:
  • Migration of on-prem hosted file servers to the cloud-based storage WorkDrive
  • Requirements gathering and configuration of ZOHO People, the HRM application
  • Roles/Permission management across multiple applications

Requirements:

  • Must be authorized to work in Switzerland
  • A degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or similar
  • Advanced English and German knowledge
  • Minimum of 2 years as a team member or leading relevant business transformation & IT projects

Optional:

  • you have knowledge in Lean Management and/or Continuous Improvement
