Job content

• The ideal candidate will lead the execution of medium-size projects and ensure that all related activities are performed in accordance with policy, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, financial targets, as well as schedule commitments
• Leads the project team allocated to the project, defining main guidelines, allocating project tasks, and motivating and monitoring internal and external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones
• Provides performance feedback regarding allocated resources working on projects
• We do require strong knowledge in Operations/Production and focused on Logistic Management Processes.
  

• University degree in in computer science, information technology or a related field.
• Relevant work experience with logistic background of about 5+ years
• Demonstrated ability to successfully lead IT projects using traditional (Waterfall), modern (Agile) or combination of those project management methodologies, the knowledge of Waterfall, Agile are mandatory
• Fluent (spoken and written) in German and English
• Strong analytical skills, structured working style and ability to prioritize and drive the important topics
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, ability to motivate and guide project team members
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with a positive “can do approach”
• Used to work with senior management
• Strong business focused and can deal with standardized IT Services/rules and governance
