YOUR CHALLENGE

In the area “Wealth Management & Advisory” we’re looking for an IT Service Owner to strenghten our team in the area of descretionary mandates. Following core responsibilities and challenges await you:

  • Be an active part of the IWMS Agile Release Train for our Holistic Advice value steam.
  • Build up end-to-end knowledge in your area technically and from a business perspective.
  • Guide, consult and support the agile team(s), scrum master, system architect, product owner.
  • Be proactive, moderate and align different opinions of the involved parties and lead them to a broadly supported solution.
  • Ensure stable operation & production support with the agile team.
  • Maintain close contact with the stakeholders of the specialist department (client advisors, investment advisors, back/mid-office), IT functions (application development, testing, IT service owner) and the department responsible for the applications
  • Take ownershiop and support the agile team(s) on any technical requirements / implementations and Support (DevOps).
  • Make suggestions for improvements (efficiency gains, technical debt resolutions etc).

YOUR PROFILE

  • University degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of investment management processes and solutions, including product suitability aspects, portfolio risk management and portfolio valuation
  • Excellent and broad technology understanding overall, solid coding / integration skills, strong conceptual / design / architecture skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills to analyse complex problems independently
  • High level of commitment and passion to deliver high quality solutions at a reasonable cost
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Service-oriented personality with a can do attitude
  • Basic understanding of SAFe methodology or any DevOps experience/certificate
  • Good command of written and spoken German and English
