Your field of responsibility


We are looking for a new enthusiastic colleague who will be responsible for supporting and consulting our internal clients in all end user device related IT matters via voice-, chat- and offline channels and drive them to a sustainable solution, either in the office or at corporate events. Together, we are covering so called Gold & Platinum Users within the bank, helping our clients with their IT tickets, phone requests or in our virtual/physical “IT Cafés” with regards to their technical business continuity. Your skills and experience


We are looking for IT professionals willing to grow and develop their professional career within our company; candidates ideally possess the following aspects:

  • A technical education in Information Technologies or equivalent
  • Min. 1-2 years of practical experience in a similar IT support role
  • An in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Windows 10 products
  • Analytical skills to troubleshoot problems and to set priorities in a service-oriented way
  • The attitude to manage client’s expectations and communicate effectively on different seniority levels
  • The ability to work under pressure, to keep things simple, with patience and creativity
  • Conflict management skills with a high level of customer focus and empathy
  • Good verbal and written language skills in German and English
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
