LOCATION

This position is located at our corporate office in Baar, Switzerland.

Position Overview

As an IT support coordinator, you will be responsible for helping maintain the organisations information technology systems and networks and report to the Global Head of Infrastructure and IT with duties that include technical and administrative tasks with great organisational, teambuilding and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor daily progress of the Aman Service Desk while acting as primary liaison to the offshore Help Desk, ensuring day-day support tickets and requests are completed/resolved timely
  • Primary interaction between end users, IT Help Desk and other Corporate IT team members
  • Support Corporate IT team members with day to day tier 1/2 support issues, coordination of troubleshooting of network and/or server system issues, asset management, creation/maintenance of procedural and technical documentation
  • Liaise with internal resources and external partners, vendors and/or resources on current and future projects.
  • Organise reports, invoices, contracts, travel and other financial/budgetary documentation as required

Qualifications
  • Finished apprenticeship in information technology or similar or 2+ years of experience in technical support
  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written. Any additional language a plus
  • Swiss/ EU nationality or an existing working permit in Switzerland is required
  • Working experience in hospitality and/or hotel pre-openings would be highly desirable, although not essential
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management, providing service to internal stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes, and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent time management, organisational skills with the ability and desire to meet project, task, and/or assignment deadlines
  • Strong focus on accuracy, attention to detail and consistency of work
  • Positive, engaging and energetic personality
  • Able to be organized, manage time wisely and work with little to no direct supervision
  • Sensitive to cultural nuances
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to handle a multitude of tasks in an intense, fast-paced environment
