My duties Responsible for the first operational and functional support on IT services to the end-users to ensure that the agreed service agreements are met and to prevent interferences in the day-to-day activities of the end-users Provide quality support to the day-to-day activities of the end-users Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) towards the end-users Dispatch tickets received into the ITSM or created after a phone call Follow up daily on his tickets and check with the assigned specialist Monitor by verifying ticket status, SCCM and antivirus errors Update DB for end user computers and peripheral My qualifications Experience in MS environments, Office 365, MS Teams Experience in ITSM tools (ServiceNow would be beneficial) Organized and methodological Flexible and agile personality Fluency in English, French would be considered as a strong advantage My benefits A very renowned company About Hays
