IT System Analyst 100% (f/m)About our client

Our client is a leading Swiss watch maker and one of the world’s most popular brands.

Your responsibilities
  • Execute regular data integration validation support
  • Organize and setup the new data integration flows as required
  • Support the organization of the systems operations after go-live
  • Support the entities working with the system in the subsidiaries worldwide
  • Close collaboration with the external partner for data IT related topics
  • Take responsibility for the lifecycle of the assigned applications (e.g. maintain, update and monitor the existing database on daily basis, application release upgrades etc…)
  • Take responsibility for the ongoing services and change requests for the applications, regularly updating the program as the business evolves
  • Manage the functional and technical applications documentation
  • Elaborate and manage the user training and documentation
  • Troubleshoot all kinds of software/database related issues
  • Work in collaboration with internal departments, Group internal business partners as well as external partners
Your profile

You have full understanding of the logic of the Supply Chain Management System (how each module works, how to configure the parameters to optimize the algorithms/to fine-tune the forecast) and are able to support end users worldwide efficiently.

You are proactive and responsible, with strong communication skills as well as pronounced analytical, technical and planning skills. Customer, service and solution oriented, you are used to work in fast moving, international environments and deal well with priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Excellent MS SQL Server skills: T-SQL (SQL in General), SSIS (Integration Services), SSAS (Analysis Services), stored procedures programming
  • Proven capability to build database structure tables based on data input (3rd party files) and data output (3rd party applications)
  • Applications and/or project management background
  • IT functional and/or technical experience in TXT applications
  • Object oriented programming (.net C#)
  • Advanced Excel skill to effectively validate data & programming logic
  • Good knowledge in forecasting and supply chain management
