For a temporary position (maternity leave), in a biotech company in Aubonne, we are looking for a :

Data Analytics Specialist

As specialist, you have to collect user requirements for dashboards creation and proactively align and propose harmonization.
You will design charts as per user requirements, make suggestions on data visualization, identify, connect and merge to data sources.
You will train end-user in using dashboards, fix issues on data uploads and provide a regular update on deliverables.
You maintain Dashboards Catalogue and roadmap updated and you program ML algorithms.

Job requirements

Strong Knowledge of data visualization tools ? Tableau, Power BI, others
Experienced in capturing business requirements and converting them into functional specifications
Deep knowledge in at least one of the following areas: analyzing data, data modeling, data architecture or data governance
Background in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or relevant other field
Demonstrated experience in writing efficient SQL queries
Skilled in using R (or other statistical language), Python for Data Analysis
Desired knowledge in Office 365 - Power apps, Share Point data management
Ability to interact with internal stakeholders in matrix organization, including management
Experienced in providing end-user support and trainings
Project Management certification is an advantage
Deep business analysis skills and IT savvy
Service oriented, emotional intelligence
Fluency in English and French
