Your Role:In the frame of developing a first in class innovative CMC function in GRA-CMC Operations and Continuous Improvement, an exceptional opportunity has become available for a dynamic teammate who has a taste for innovation, is willing to learn and develop in the new digitalization fields such as robotics and data analysis. Ideally, this new team member will also be at ease in collaborating with partners within Global Regulatory Affairs as well as in the Quality, Manufacturing and Supply functions. This position will be one of the team’s main drivers and participants for the innovation and digitalization of our function. You will be empowered to build and reinforce bridges between CMC and our internal and external partners within the new R&D Digital Environment. While looking at new technologies from potentially other industries, you will lead discussions to define their integration and increase processes efficiency in the context of the digitalization strategy from R&D.
Who you are:
  • You have a University Degreein pharmacy or chemistry or life science
  • You have a minimum of +6 years of proven experience in Regulatory Affairs processes included but not limited to CMC writing and project management
  • You have experience in driving cross-functional projects linked to compliance and change control management
  • You have data statistical analysis experience and lean certification a plus
  • You have successful experience in digitalization projects (eg. system deployment, user requirements specifications collection...)
  • You are proficient in English
