IT Key Account Manager

You are the Key Account Manager (KAM) we need !

Your Missions
  • Manage the legal relationship with the clients
  • Creation and negotiating of the contracts
  • Answer the request for tenders with the sales and bid team
  • Coordination with clients, customers and technical team to set relevant KPI’s
  • Identify the customers needs
  • Establish and monitor the most adapted business strategies
  • Drive and measure the efficiency of the delivered service
  • Control of contract implementation and service provision for agreed contracts
Your Expertise
  • Master or Engineering Degree in IT
  • 5 years of experience in a similar role (Key Account Manager)
  • Strong command on managing KPIs and SLAs
  • Strong negotiation skills (Service-level Agreement Vertrag)
  • Expertise in creating and implementing service contracts in accordance with ITIL
  • Experience working with contract obligations in Switzerland
  • Technical understanding of Networks: LAN, WAN, MAN, Cisco routers, TCPI/IP
  • Swiss citizenship, residence permit C or B
  • German and English : fluent
