Marketing Coordinator

Permanent contract/ Glion, Switzerland

Profile and professional experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in business, communications or marketing
  • 2 years minimum experience in marketing and communications; experience in photography, community management, writing copy for social media
  • Demonstrate a versatile ability of communicating with the student’s body and the faculty members
  • Fluent verbal and written English and at least intermediate level in French (spoken and written), with ability to write clear, concise, and grammatically correct copy; demonstrate collaborative, and strong communication skills as well as a strong eye for detail
  • Organized and ability to multitask on various projects at the same time
  • Flexibility in terms of work hours and locations
  • Exceptional communications, presentation, interpersonal and team-oriented skills
  • Driving license is a must have

As Marketing Coordinator, your main missions will be to:

  • Developing and creating copy to promote the Glion brand and its 3 campuses for a range of digital media: manage Glion Social Media accounts by posting regularly, creating reels, and answering messages of potential leads; manage Maison Décotterd’s Social Media accounts and website; leverage relevant campus events to create stories and interviews
  • Manage with the Senior Student ambassadors a content strategy for Instagram and TikTok to ensure the delivery of the content to be posted; manage the content of Glion blog produced by the Student Ambassadors with the support of the Marketing Manager
  • Liaise with faculty, staff (i.e. Career Services Department), students and alumni to generate content opportunities
  • Develop sources of P2P copy such as student and alumni testimonials with the objective of publishing this in digital media
  • Organize the alumni visits on campus and manage their presence and connection to students at campus events; present the Alumni Association of Glion to students
  • Coordinate video filming and photo shoot on campus in collaboration with the marketing team
  • Support the planning and organization of online and physical events such as lives, open days, recruitment days, graduation ceremonies
  • Overseeing the organization of various events with the support of the Marketing Manager to encourage students to activate their accounts on the alumni database

  • Permanent contract at 100%
  • Starting date: 15.06.2023
  • Location: based on the Glion campus, with weekly travels to the Bulle campus depending on the projects
