For a temporary position until march 2023 in a pharmaceutical company in Aubonne, we are looking for a :

MES Recipe Developer
As MES Recipe Developer (you create/update Master Batch Record MBR), you will be onboarded into project activities and you will take over design, creation and upgrade of MBR for Packaging and Aseptic Filling lines in PAS-X, our Manufacturing Execution System
You will assemble functions from a developed library to enable standardized gMBR to support go live of Packaging and Aseptic filling Lines .
You will ensure that small Equipment (e.g. Scales, Barcode Readers, Printers…) are defined and available for use in MES, in coordination with MES, Automation Engineers and other project teammates
You will collaborate with production process SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) and Operational QA to define future gMBR needed for next packaging and aseptic filling lines Go Lives
You will create MBR in MES and ensure appropriate connection to equipment and interface with 3rd party systems (e.g. SAP, Discoverant, Equipment, LIMS…) are enabled to facilitate seamless manufacturing operations execution
You will contribute to Verification Test Plan definition , Test Script Creation in collaboration with CSV Engineer (Computerized System Validation)
You will execute Verification testing with production Process owners and Operators (System & MBRs), CSV and other Stakeholders
You will prepare training material and Train End-Users (e.g. Shop Floor Operators, Supervisors, Other Stakeholders) prior Go Lives
Functie-eisen

Hands-on experience in IT System development, business process modeling, creation of workflows, process mapping… with inputs from cross functional stakeholders
Proven experience in object-oriented programming language (internship, proof of concept development, professional experience…)
Excellent written communication and good communication skills to capture business needs, address them through ingenious MBR design and supporting documentation and SOPs (Standard Operation Procedures)
Excellent attention to detail: you quickly identify when something isn’t correct and take effective actions to keep project activities on track
Prioritization skills: self-organized, you prioritize your workload and meet defined deadlines
Fluency in French and English
