For one of our clients, an international company, leader in its domain, we are currently recruiting an PLM Project Manager.

You ensures global process adherence, achieving timely project implementation to best possible costs whilst ensuring regulatory and compliance frameworks for the projects within the scope of the assigned projects.

Your Missions:

  • Manage the renewal of the PLM (budget, methodology, planning, monitoring of KPIs, etc.)
  • Identify and translate business process needs into functional requirements
  • Develop and implement long-term goals, key milestone planning and objectives to achieve the successful outcome of the program, ensuring that individual project plans align with the needs of the business
  • Supervise the deployment of useful functions
  • Manage the implementation of the PLM solution and maintenance in operational condition
  • Drives program related communication, stakeholder management, facilitates across functions to ensure awareness and alignment
  • Assesses needs and ensures appropriate training and support
  • Orchestrate project teams that contribute to the program

Your Profile:

  • +3/5 years within similar role and complexity
  • Strong leadership capabilities (decision making, result oriented, challenge capability, negotiation, support others, stakeholder management)
  • Superior knowledge about PLM software (SmarTeam; SolidWorks)
  • Experience in Project Management in Manufacturing Industry
  • Intercultural experience and ability to act in a complex and rapidly changing business environment
  • Professional proficiency in English and French (min B2)
