Your role :

Within the Supply Operation department, in the Planning & Customer Service team at the Aubonne site, you will responsible to plan the production activities, in accordance with customer needs while respecting the GMP procedures. You will be responsible toplan, supply and purchase the materials needed for production, with a focus on the master data part, in order to ensure the proper functioning of the planning processes within the site, as well as inventory management. You will manage the items placed under your responsibility throughout the life cycle and in accordance with procedures, as well asmanage, set up and keep up to date the basic IT masterdata placed under your responsibility. You will actively support the development of the digitization of site KPIs. You will optimize the financial aspect by seeking the best compromise between deadlines, service, industrial constraints, level of stock and material destruction. You will act systematically to optimize the performance of the department in terms of Safety, Quality, Service and Efficiency.

Your profile:

• Bachelor or Master degree level or equivalent
• Proven experience of at least 2 years in a production planning function (scheduling).
• Experience in a procurement/purchasing function.
• Proficiency in production logistics, knowledge of supply systems and capacity management concepts.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, chemical, ideally biotechnology or other GMP sector (preferred).
• Proficiencyof current computer software, experience on an ERP (SAP/APO PPDS preferred) and relative master data basic knowledge, as well as Excel basics(macro, query, pivot table) and Power Point.
• Fluent French desired. English professional level.
• APICS certification is a plus
