Receptionist

Permanent contract/ Glion, Switzerland

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and helps all visitors, give information and escort them if needed
  • Switchboard in and out calls, transfers calls and take messages
  • Sort out and deliver mail and materials for staff and students
  • Prepare and ensure that all material and documents are in the welcome package for intakes
  • Be in charge of the kiosk (ordering with outside suppliers, internal ordering, internal delivery, monthly closing and annual inventory
  • Assist the operational cashier with the daily cash
  • Supervise on a daily basis our trainees’ performance at the reception
  • Assist, support and answer students’ needs

Profile:

  • Commercial CFC or equivalent
  • 5 years’ experience in reception, guest relation or equivalent
  • Customer oriented, welcoming skills, well organized, diplomatic, accuracy and self-control
  • We are looking for a very helpful, supportive and smiling person with a positive and patient mindset
  • IT skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet browsers, Lotus notes, Micros
  • Fluent in French and English. Any other language is an asset
