WHO YOU ARE

Hej! My name is Sara and to my fantastic team I am looking for a passionate, experienced recruiter who will take the responsibility for the talent acquisition in a set of functions across Switzerland.
You will work in close collaboration with the line managers and your mission includes continuously elevating the quality of recruitment throughout Switzerland.

The team holds a lot of competence and willpower to move recruitment to the next level, and if you can see yourself in the description below I will be happy to hear from you (in English, please)!

I see that you should bring:
  • Extensive recruitment experience and are able to handle a variety of different positions and candidates.
  • Bilingual German/French and also speak English fluently.
  • Strong communication skills who enjoys being in frequent contact with line managers and candidates alike.
  • A high commitment to quality and a will to provide the best possible recruitment experience for all stakeholders.

The team spirit is very important in this role, and you enjoy sharing thoughts, ideas and knowledge with others. However, the role as a recruiter also requires ability to work independently and taking own responsibility for your processes.
You are structured and used to driving multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, and as recruitment is an area that always move forward, you are curious about new processes, platforms and ways of working.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

We support the whole IKEA market in Switzerland, and this position will drive the recruitment process in both the German- and French speaking parts of the country. As a recruiter you build a strong relationship with the line managers, supporting them with all the recruiting needs and also coach them along the way.
You will of course also keep in contact with the candidates, making sure they get a great candidate experience throughout the process.

Furthermore you will:

  • Consistently implement, improving and shaping the recruiting process and striving to achieve the jointly set goals.
  • Acquire an in-depth understanding of the functions in your area of responsibility, the relevant job profiles and the needs of the line managers.
  • Be a strong believer in and advocate for diversity and equal opportunity for all candidates.
